        At midnight on Sunday 4 October, the Revd Alison Fuller, Rector of St Columba's-by-the-Castle Episcopal Church in Edinburgh, will take her place in history as part of the major public art project, "One & Other" on the Fourth Plinth in Trafalgar Square.  Revd Fuller is using the opportunity to demonstrate that church is about a bigger picture of inclusivity, something which she strives for in her role at St Columba's.
