The Eucharistic Tradition in Scottish Episcopacy
Description
These three talks will take a look at the historic Eucharistic doctrine of the Scottish Episcopal Church. Unlike the other Churches of the Anglican Communion, Scottish Episcopacy has held to a particular tradition of Eucharistic doctrine from the early 17th century, in theory, up to this day, but in practice until the mid to late 19th century. These talks will explore the content of the doctrine, and its historical context.
The talks will be accessible to all; they are not intended for the theologically minded only.
