Annual St Cuthbert lecture: ‘Jesus – bridge or gulf between Christianity and Islam?

Mona is the first Professor of Islamic and Inter-religious Studies at the University of Edinburgh and chairs the BBC's Scottish Religious Advisory Committee.  She is a regular broadcaster and commentator on radio and other media. She is a member of the Commission on Scottish Devolution and the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council on the Islam-West Dialogue. Her publications include How to Read the Qur’an (2007) and Islam (2010), as well as numerous articles, essays, and opinion pieces.
