The Priory church on the outskirts of Edinburgh, has been a place of Christian worship for 600 years and has a rich and varied history. Service times

Sunday

Every Sunday there is a worship and communion service at 10.00am, following the standard liturgy format of the Scottish Episcopal Church on a user-friendly card. Our aim is to be welcoming and accessible to all, including those familiar with other traditions or with none. Communion is open to all Christian believers; children are welcome and may receive communion or a prayer of blessing at the discretion of their parents.

On the First Sunday of each month, our service is for all ages and is divided into three half-hour slots: From 10.00 to10.30am there are worship songs and a short talk particularly suitable for children; this is followed by a half-hour coffee break and then from 11.00 ti11.30am noon there is a more in depth talk for adults followed by communion. The order of service and songs are projected onto a five metre screen.

Midweek

Thursday communion: this is a weekly said communion service held at 10am in the church with coffee to follow.
